01. How Do I Make Payments For My Account?

1. Go to your M-PESA menu and select Lipa na M-PESA. 2. Select Paybill. 3. Enter Business Number: 4040237. 4. Enter Account Number: Use your MT----- 5. Enter the amount and your M-PESA PIN to complete the transaction.

02. How Do I Access My Account?

You can access your account details through the Customer Portal on the following link: https://broadband.mtandaoafritechsolutions.com/portal/login. Login: MT------ (Your Account No.), Password: (Given Password)

03. How Can I Find Out My Payment Due Date?

Your payment is generally due every 30 days from your last payment date. Mtandao Afritech sends automated SMS reminders to your registered phone number a few days before your subscription expires to notify you of the due date and the amount required to renew.

04. I Am Moving From One Area To Another, How Do I Take My Internet Connection With Me?

If you are moving to an area within our coverage (such as Isiolo, Timau, Maua, Meru, Runyenjes, Chogoria or Nkubu): 1. Notify customer support at least one week in advance. 2. A technician will perform a site survey at your new location. 3. A Relocation Fee (typically around Ksh 1,500) may apply for moving and re-installing the equipment at the new premises.

05. How Do I Reset My Wifi Password?
